Products & Materials

  • We turn plastic bottles into rain protection. Our ponchos are made using recycled materials (like rPET), giving waste a second life instead of creating more of it.

  • Absolutely. No crunchy, plasticky, old-school raincoat vibes here. We use safer waterproof coatings instead.

  • Yes. Real rainproof. Not “light sprinkle.” We’re talking surprise storms, festival chaos, sideways wind rain.

  • No bin-bag energy here. The fabric is breathable so you stay dry and comfortable.

Size & Fit

  • It means we designed this poncho to be intentionally oversized with a relaxed silhouette that comfortably fits a wide range of body shapes and sizes.

    No size charts. No guessing. Just throw it on and go.

  • We've designed our ponchos to fit everyone from 155cm to 195cm - if you're somewhere in that range, its bound to look good and keep you dry.

  • If you're on the smaller end, it will be quite roomy but that's ok, the extra space allows for layering over jumpers and jackets. It’s part of the cozy, protective vibe. Plus, the more you are covered, the more you'll stay dry!

  • Yes! The oversized fit is designed to fit over layers and most backpacks. You = portable shelter.

Care & Longevity

  • Cold hand wash. Mild detergent. Hang dry. No fabric softener (it messes with waterproof magic).

  • If you treat it well, many years. This is your long-term rain partner, not a one-storm fling.

  • Yes! Small tears can be patched with waterproof repair kits. We love extending product life.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all order within Australia.

  • Currently we do not ship internationally but we are looking to add international locations in the near future!

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia.

    Outside of very busy periods, we fulfil all orders next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. You can check out our estimated delivery times on our Shipping & Returns page

  • Yep! All orders are shipped via Australia Post so you can ship your order to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect & PO Boxes.

  • Provided your order has not already been shipped, we are happy cancel any order if requested. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order and you will need to follow the returns process detailed below. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer 30-day hassles free returns.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Yep, provided you are within 30 days we'll cover the return shipping costs for Australian orders.

  • In the case where the products returned meet all of our return requirements, we'll give you a full refund. Any additional shipping charges paid are however non-refundable.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
